Description
Description:
High-quality special grease formulated to provide exceptional lubricity and performance properties.
The presence of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) creates an ultra-thin film on sliding points, ensuring long-lasting lubrication even after the grease supply is depleted.
This grease is designed to enhance operational reliability.
Offers excellent resistance to water, corrosion, and aging, making it a versatile and long-lasting solution.
Properties:
Increases operational reliability.
Provides good corrosion protection.
Universally applicable
Exhibits high resistance to aging.
Offers exceptional load-carrying capacity.
Provides outstanding lubrication.
Reduces friction and wear.

Application:
Clean the points of contact on the equipment thoroughly to remove any dirt, dust, or previous lubricants.
Application: Apply a small amount directly to the lubrication points.
Ensure precise and controlled application to avoid over-lubrication.
Regular Maintenance: Periodically check the lubrication points and reapply silicone oil as needed.
The frequency of reapplication may vary based on usage and manufacturer recommendations.

Common mistakes to avoid
- Ignoring timing marks — many mode/cam gears must be installed in one exact position. Photograph the old gear's alignment before removal.
- Over-greasing — a thin film of plastic-safe grease on the teeth is enough; excess migrates onto belts and rollers.
- Forcing the mechanism by hand against the gear train — rotate only in the intended direction, gently.
If the mechanism was jammed when the gear cracked, cycle it slowly by turning the motor pulley by hand after installation, before applying power. You'll feel any misalignment before it breaks something.
