If it's not made anymore, we make it.
When a pinch roller, idler tire or gear is unobtainable, our workshop manufactures a replacement to measure — based on real equipment, measurements, mechanism comparison and controlled testing. These are not universal parts: every piece depends on your model, its mechanism and the condition of the original.

Photos and measurements of the worn part — or post us the original. A photo of the mechanism helps too.
We evaluate
Workshop checks against real equipment: dimensions, material, hardness. We confirm feasibility and price before you pay.
Machined & tested
The replacement is manufactured to measure and tested on comparable mechanisms whenever possible.
Shipped to you
Tracked worldwide from Portugal, individually bagged and labelled with the reference.

Name, your machine's model, photos of the part or mechanism, and anything you know about dimensions. We evaluate every request individually and reply within one working day — free, with no obligation.
- Best photos: the worn part next to a ruler, and the mechanism it came from.
- Know the dimensions? Outer ø × inner ø × thickness (mm) is perfect for rollers and tires.
- Gears: tooth count + outer diameter, plus a photo of the cracked original.
What are we making for you?
Pick your part. Digital calipers give the best results — a ruler works too. Add the measurements and photos to your request below.
- Outer Ø — across the rubber at its widest point.
- Bore Ø — the shaft hole in the centre of the hub.
- Width — total height of the roller, hub included.
- Photos: the roller next to the calipers/ruler, and the mechanism it came from.
- Outer Ø and inner Ø — laid flat on the table, never stretched.
- Section — thickness of the rubber ring, and whether the profile is round or square.
- Photos: the tire flat next to the calipers/ruler, and the wheel it sits on.
- Tooth count — the single most important number. Mark one tooth with a pen and count around.
- Outer Ø (over the teeth), bore Ø — note any keyway or D-shape — and width.
- Photos: straight from above with all teeth visible, plus the crack if there is one.
- We don't manufacture belts — but if your model isn't on the site, send it to us and we identify and source the right belt for your unit, free.
- Flat belt: fold it in half, measure the folded length × 2, plus width and thickness.
- Square belt: folded length × 2, plus the side of the square section.
- Round belt: folded length × 2, plus the cord diameter.
- Photos: the belt path in the mechanism, and the label on the rear of the device (brand + model plate).
- Rubber feet, dampers, knobs, brackets and similar — contact us first with photos so we can tell you what's possible.
- Include your model number and a photo of where the part sits.
