At WebSpareParts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. As part of our commitment to excellent service, we extend this return period to 30 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at info@webspareparts.com within the 30-day period. Please include your full name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- All original accessories or components must be included.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Products not purchased directly from our website.
4. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@webspareparts.com and include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
- If a refund is issued, and the return shipping was arranged by us, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund appears.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@webspareparts.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@webspareparts.com before sending anything.
8. International Returns
If returning items from outside the European Union, please ensure the return package is clearly marked as Returned Goods to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes on returned goods.
9. Shipping & Liability
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over €25, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
