All shipments to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Asia are done in registered mail with tracking number and it's required a signature to receive.
Unfortunately, the tracking number is only updated when you enter the post office and it is finally updated again when you arrive at your city at the local post office, during the course it is impossible to trace.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item to full refund within 30 days of the reception date.
The shipping value will not be refunded.
If the item is defective it will be replaced by a similar one within the warranty period at no cost, or a refund if you prefer to.
