Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions govern how payments are processed on WebSpareParts.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Currency and VAT

All prices on our website are set in Euros (EUR).
For convenience, prices may be displayed in other currencies. However, the final charge and invoice will always be processed in EUR.
VAT (Value Added Tax) is included where applicable, according to EU regulations.

For both domestic and international orders, we currently accept:

Within the European Union (SEPA transfers): no additional bank fees apply when selecting “shared costs” or equivalent.
For transfers from outside the EU, customers must ensure that all transfer fees are covered at their own expense. If the transfer is made with fees at our charge, we reserve the right to deduct the missing amount from the order or hold the shipment until the correct balance is received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
Any discrepancy that prevents payment processing may result in delays in shipping or cancellation of the order.

Invoices are issued in Euros (EUR) and will be sent electronically to the customer’s email address after the order is confirmed.
If you require a VAT-compliant invoice for business purposes, please provide your VAT number at checkout.
Customers with a valid EU VAT number who wish to receive an invoice without VAT (intra-community supply) must contact us before completing the order:
- We will manually validate the VAT number using the official VIES system: VIES VAT number validation.
- Only after confirmation of validity will we be able to issue the invoice without VAT.
